Sea & Sand Carnival
In 2022 Kingston will host the 'Sea & Sand Carnival' as part of the Fringe on Tour regional program. An all ages, inclusive, free community event that includes 2hrs of Fringe entertainment, including the Fringe Caravan, local talent show, sea creatures from the deep, music, comedy, food stalls, drinks and more. A visual creative feast!
