Sam Blythe: Method in my Madness (A One-Man Hamlet)

An elastic-bodied reimagining of Hamlet, told entirely from the perspective of the Danish Prince. Through physical theatre, illusions and clowning, acclaimed performer Sam Blythe delivers an exhilarating and intimate one-man Hamlet for those who did the Dane to death at school.

Performed by Sam Blythe, written by Shakespeare, adapted by Andrew Cowie, and co-directed by award-winning comedian and theatre maker Elf Lyons (Raven).

"Blythe’s performance as Hamlet is exceptional. He brings a sympathetic clarity to the text and this interpretation of the character...Method in my Madness is worth the hour spent for Blythe’s performance alone" - All Edinburgh Theatre

Presented by: Sam Blythe and Joanne Hartstone
