Red Poles Indigenous Fringe Festival

A window into the oldest living culture on earth. Our festival delivers an intimate showcase for art, music, cultural and contemporary performance. Our festival is unique as a platform for collaboration, conversation and a showcase for work from remote communities. Through storytelling, performance, food and art, we present multi-dimensional experiences.

Presented by: Red Poles

Red Poles is an art gallery in McLaren Vale. The venue also has a cafe/restaurant and B&B rooms. It is a multi award winning business set amongst vineyards and surrounded by natural bushland. The restaurant menu includes 'bush tucker' ingredients and the drinks list features McLaren Vale wines and a wide range of cocktails. Family and pet friendly.
The gallery has a focus on presenting Indigenous artworks from both the Adelaide and remote regions of South Australia. During this Fringe Ceduna's Land, Sea and Community exhibition includes demonstrations.
Red Poles has a regular live music program every Sunday and presents cabarets throughout the year. During the Fringe festival there will be numerous performances by Indigenous musicians and a cabaret featuring Glenn Skuthorpe and his band.
