Pulse: A Full Body-Heart Journey
‘Your heart is the drum. Your body is the dance.” - This is an immersive, heart-opening journey blending cacao, yoga, breathwork, and sound.
Begin with ceremonial cacao and intention setting, guided meditation, and gentle yoga to release tension and open the body. Deepen into powerful breathwork and surrender to a full hour of live sound immersion — gong, bowls, didgeridoo, and drum resonating through every cell.
Closing with reflection and community, this journey supports emotional release, stress reduction, clarity, and inner connection. Feel your heart with your whole body.
No prior experience required, just an open heart.
Warning: Includes cacao, breathwork, and sound immersion. Not suitable for those with heart conditions, epilepsy, high/low blood pressure, or during pregnancy.
Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or excess caffeine before ceremony. Eat light, hydrate well, and come with a clear intention to let cacao open your heart. Wear comfy clothes. Bring yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, and journal. Extra layers recommended.
