Cara's journey with music began around age five, starting with keyboard lessons. Years later, she took up saxophone, and went on to study jazz at the University of Adelaide. Performing across Adelaide in small and large ensembles and various genres, Cara began exploring different styles, and through songwriting discovered her own voice and a love of guitar. Cara loves recreating classics with a fresh approach, and sharing her own experiences of life through soulful melodies and thought-provoking lyrics.
