Potters Wheel - Come and Try!
We've always been about sharing our love of pottery in the most accessible and approachable way possible. This year we're taking that to the next level by offering open wheel throwing sessions every Thursday of the Fringe between 12:00pm - 5:30pm at our studio at 470 Morphett Street, Adelaide.
For $15 you'll have access to a wheel for 30 minutes and our team will make sure you have all the tools to get a feel for whats involved. If you're enjoying it, you can extend your stay, and wer're open to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced veterens.
We will provide the clay, but there are additional charges for firing and glazing. You're more than welcome to BYO clay.

After the success of their Goodwood studio, the team at Vintage van Gogh are back to bring you Vitisculpture - a sculpt and sip experience.
We’ve put together an all-star team of ceramicists to bring you the most enjoyable, social way to learn the fundamentals of pottery. We host everything from one off pinch pot sessions – where you’ll learn to make a mug with one hand while the other cradles your favourite glass of wine – to 8-week wheel throwing courses where you’ll walk away with your own 1 of 1 keep cup. For larger groups, our studio can be booked out for private work shows, hen’s days and social events that will not be forgotten.
All of our pieces are double-fired in house for the best possible result with the smallest wait time. Your new mug will be the envy of the office!
