In a follow-up to last year's sell-out success, Post Dining's award winning concept takes on a new challenge in 2017. Drawing audiences into the living scenarios from Australian Academy of Science's Australia 2050 project, this show offers a deliciously engaging exploration into the future of our food. Inviting audiences to once again traverse the possibilities that spring from the dining table and into our imagination.

Local to Adelaide, we are a creative duo consisting of one dietitian, and one events coordinator, with a combined enthusiasm to bring consistently refreshing ideas to the table.
