Photographs - "Por Solea", transience in nature and life
The photos invite us to observe the transient patterns of growth, bloom, and decay and recognize that there is a profound beauty in life’s impermanence. Complemented with poems and music, they create a mirror to our own experiences of joy, loss, and transformation in our lives.
Presented by: Tetsu Yamamoto and Vincenzo Andreacchio
Tetsu Yamamoto was born in Tokyo, Japan and began photography when he was given his first Nickon camera by his father as a student in high school. He worked as an editor in a publishing company but photography became his passion and he began taking wedding photographs for a number of years. This experience provided the necessary skills for his craft and to further develop his composition and visual knowledge. His interest soon spread to photographing his environment and which eventually spread to photographing nature and flowers.
Vincenzo Andreacchio is a well known musician/educator in both the arts and education. He has performed extensively including with Adelaide Symphony Orchestra and Flamenco Aire and published "Flamenco Forms and Rhythms" and "The Arts: the heart of cultures".
