Presented by: Kari Cooper
Kari Cooper is a mixed media artist, illustrator, and designer from South Australia’s Riverland region. Her work dances between nature and imagination — where wildflowers meet fairytales, and stories come to life in colour and texture.
Largely self-taught, Kari has spent over a decade exploring her love of art and storytelling, later completing studies in Visual Arts, and Design, She’s currently continuing her Graphic design journey at Torrens University and Billy Blue College of Design.
Working with watercolour, ink, gouache, and oils, Kari blends traditional techniques with a modern twist to create dreamlike, story-rich imagery. Since 2023, she’s been running creative workshops that invite people of all skill levels to experiment, play, and reconnect with their inner artist.
