Moof's Adventures
Moof is fairly regular. It might be the prune juice. He's not one to rock the
boat, stir the pot or nudge the tagine. He, and his life, are perfectly
ordinary; the daily grind, Gary from the Department of Micro-Management,
work Christmas parties, the heavenly Sharon from Accounts. It's all just
fine and dandy. But he can't help but ask himself...is this all there is?

Back Porch Theatre is the performance banner of local actor, theatremaker and clown, Lochy Maybury. Since graduating from Flinders University Drama Centre in 2013, Lochy has worked extensively in the independent theatre sector, both solo and collaboratively. In 2018 Lochy travelled to Canada to study Pochinko clown at the Manitoulin Conservatory for Creation and Performance. Whilst there, his love for the absurd, the nightmarish, the outlandish and the ridiculous found good company and he continues to make weird things to this day. He hopes you like his weird things and that it inspires you to get a little weird yourself.
