Mental Health in the Arts - Free Panel and Q&A
What does it really mean to make art and stay well? Join a free, open conversation with working artists as they speak honestly about mental health, creativity, burnout, resilience and care. Moderated by the South Australian Mental Health Commissioner, this panel and Q&A explores how artists manage the pressures of creative work, why the arts matter to mental wellbeing, and how making and sharing art can be a source of connection, purpose and healing. Whether you’re an artist, arts worker, or simply curious, this is a chance to listen, reflect, and ask questions in a supportive, welcoming space.
