MANI(A)C!
Have you ever taken in a homeless man off the street? … Or been hit and flipped by a car and got up laughing and continued crossing the road? ... Or woken up to a fireman lifting you out of the house because you got drunk and left the stove on? …
Jack Lynch shares the stories — the funny, the farces and the fallouts — from manic and depressive episodes of life.
A comedic and heartfelt musical cabaret from a (sometimes) self-confessed Mani(a)c!
Presented by: Jack Lynch
Jack Lynch is a Melbourne based composer, singer, piano player and cabaret artist. He has previously performed his original show 'Confessions from the Bell Jar', inspired by the life and art of Sylvia Plath at the Melbourne Fringe, Adelaide Fringe and the Empire Theatre in Toowoomba. His new work, 'MANI(A)C!' explores his experiences of living with bi-polar disorder through song, comedy and story. He is excited to bring this new, developing work to the Adelaide Fringe 2026.
