LJ (also known as Terry Jones) has played a significant role in both Australia’s and the world’s music scenes since his twenties. He’s performed saxophone alongside legends like Olivia Newton-John and Renee Geyer and later became active in Adelaide’s live music scene with bands such as Gumbo Ya Ya and Eric and the Yes Men. In 2023 LJ released his fourth original album, "LJ and the Reckless Horns," collaborating with some of Australia’s top singers and musicians to create energetic brass with soul and funk. Originally from New Zealand, Lex now resides in Mannum, South Australia, where he enjoys composing music on his houseboat.
