"But you don't look gay?"

Lesbian Love Stories is an intimate cabaret performed by three lesbians and a rockin' pianist. The show features anonymous true tales of love from across the globe, delivered through song and speech by powerhouse women with the vocals to match.

After sold out seasons across Australia, a regional road trip, a cheeky Matilda Award nomination, your favourite girl gang is ready to hit Adelaide Fringe audiences for the first time!

Come along for a comedic journey through the highs and lows of everyday relationships, with some banging tunes and several awkward moments thrown in for good measure.

"It's funny, it's witty and it's brave! ★★★★★" - Broadway World

“The trios harmonies are electric” - Artshub

“A well-paced, slickly produced show” - Australia Arts

Presented by: The Local Lesbians

A production company focusing on queer & female representation, headed by two Aussie lesbians.

Co-Artistic Directors, Natasha Veselinovic and Chloe Rose Taylor, are proud queer women and professional performers who have worked both nationally and internationally.

They often felt that there were very few (if any) lesbian shows on stage - particularly not ones that they could relate to, or that normalised same sex relationships, so they decided to create one. Their first show 'Lesbian Love Stories' was created back in 2021 which was meant to be a one-off performance, however, after receiving an influx of messages from general audience members thanking them for their work and expressing the importance of it, the girls realised it had to continue.
