InHuman Resources
This award winning company returns with this high-skill circus comedy that turns the everyday absurdities of office life into a dark fantasy, physical celebration of human potential (and occasional failure). Where the corporate structure collides with supernatural chaos. From motivational mayhem to emotional risk assessments, this show delivers circus artistry wrapped in a crisp, mock-corporate tone that hides the monsters that every overworked employee will recognise.
With precision, wit, and a healthy disregard for OHS, The department turns red tape into controlled chaos and KPI pressure into pure spectacle. It’s a workplace where monsters handle the minutes, Ai handles the monsters and everyone is just trying to survive another team meeting without getting eaten.

The company started in 2013 from a desire and a need to create exciting new work. That work had to be energized and explore the physical realms of story telling. We wanted to connect with our audiences on a visceral level. Drawing them into the show and enveloping them in surreal, fantastical worlds. Our physical theatre training was used to develop all of the early work. It provided the springboard to launch into creating the shows. Using mythology and archetypes, diving into the rich territories they provide, exploring the stories at a deeper level. Which then connected more meaningfully with our audience. Now we wish to build a community of creatives, providing training tools, and a vocabulary to create. Focusing on constantly developing and honing ones craft and skill.
