A woman in tight, black, leather, short shorts and a see through black blouse sits on the arm of a couch with one leg slightly raised. The top of her head is cropped out of the image, she has red shoulder length hair and she is blowing a thick plume of smoke out of her mouth. There is a mustard round cushion on the couch, a pot plant and a mid century chest of drawers in the background.

Dive deep into the spiritualistic & ritualistic connection of inanimate objects. Questioning one's interpretation of penchant, thrill and arousal in the euphoric escape of fetishism. Through an amalgamation of movement, sound & colour, be transcended in an all-encompassing dance/theatre experience.

The term fetishism is often regarded to be a socially controversial however, it is the lack of understanding for the practice that creates a societal misconception of sexual and non-sexual fetishes.

In this performance journey you will explore the varied perceptions of fetishised objects through solo, partnered and group contemporary/commercial work in conjunction with spoken word and physical theatre. Featuring Thomas Fonua, Jazz Hriskin, Ina Young, Callan Fleming, Holly Millea and Fiona Smith.
