Established by Eve Gordon in 2009, The Dust Palace is Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading contemporary cirque theatre company. We exist to elevate circus culture and grow multi-generational creative capacity - nurturing new talent, championing best practice, and shaping a bold future for the artform.
Collaborations include Dawn and Midnight with the APO, Heavenly Bodies with AAF, and international tours of Te Tangi a Te Tūī, The Wonderwombs, HAUS of YOLO, and Goblin Market. Large-scale works include Ithaca, Le Cirque Volé, and Human. Recent highlights: HAUS of YOLO at The Cultch Vancouver and Alberta Circus Festival 2024, The Ice Cream Is Melting! at Auckland Live and Hamilton Arts Festival 2024, and Te Tangi a te Tūī at The Cultch 2023, Te Pou Theatre 2024, and an Aoteroa tour in 2025.

The Paragon at The Garden of Unearthly Delights
Kadlitpina / Rundle Park, Cnr East Tce & Rundle Rd, Adelaide, Kaurna
- Outdoor venue with step-free mobility aid access and an accessible bathroom – may have poor quality path or an incline.
- Venue is 18+ and minors may attend during specific days or times (Minors may enjoy The Garden until midnight (or until 1:00am if accompanied by a guardian AND they are seeing a show that starts prior to midnight and finishes before 1:00am). At no time can minors enter The Garden after midnight or remain in The Garden after 1:00am. On busy nights The Garden may refuse entry to minors, accompanied or otherwise, arriving from 11:00pm so that we are able to meet the conditions of our limited licence (i.e. ensure minors are off site by midnight). The Garden is a licensed premises which may not always be suitable for unaccompanied minors. The Garden reserves the right to refuse entry to unaccompanied minors during these times. To avoid disappointment please make sure you consider this when planning your visit.)
