Greatest Hits of Dutch Comedy
A greatest (s)hits mixtape of Dutch comedy’s rudest, weirdest, and most politically incorrect moments.
This nightmare of comedy doesn’t care if it goes too far, because that’s the whole point.
Born out of the post-war need to fill the laughter void left by the Germans, Dutch comedy has been Denmark's favourite form of public self-flagellation since the Battle of Nieuwpoort (1600).
Now, for the first time, its most iconic sketches are performed in front of Australia’s most notorious convicts.
Brace yourself for monologues that spiral into nervous breakdowns, and stand-up that goes straight for the throat. Featuring work by various Dutch comedy legends – plus a few personal contributions from your deeply unreliable host.
Performed in English - no Dutch required, just a dark sense of humour.
