A TRUE STORY
On the verge of stardom, NYC trans icon Glace Chase loses everything and winds up on an epic road trip from hell, driving across the Outback in search of every giant fiberglass fruit (the Big Things!) that Queensland has to offer. Attempting to turn her meltdown into a Youtube travelogue rapidly disintegrates into an unexpected quest for purpose, kitsch & hilarious self discovery.

A fixture of NYC's queer comedy scene, Glace is a multiple award winning “trans-queen” / performer / screenwriter / comedienne / playwright / ho. Described as “delightfully satanic” by Time Out NY & “an all f—-ing triumph” by Sydney Morning Herald, Glace has been there, done that, in a career that defies easy categorization & sustainable income.
She's best known for her writing & starring in her smash play Triple X (Sydney Theatre Co/Queensland Theatre Co).
Other random career highlights: she created NYC's first Drag Queen Tour Guide biz; won a bunch of playwriting awards, made audience members cry, signed NDAs for corporate cruises in Europe & was runner up for Miss Subways Pageant. Outcalls only.
