Everyb0dy's G0t a B0mb
A raw and unflinching new dance work by Riley Fitzgerald, created in the wake of his departure from Sydney Dance Company. Everyb0dy’s G0t a B0mb channels frustration, anger, and isolation in a world that feels both hyperconnected and profoundly detached. It is driven by a rage at conformity and global suffering we witness daily, but feel powerless to change. Inspired in part by the anarchic spirit of Woodstock ’99 and Durkheim’s notion of collective effervescence, the work asks how thin the line is between civility and chaos, between control and collapse.
Visceral, relentless, and deeply personal, Everyb0dy’s G0t a B0mb becomes both rebellion and release. A meditation on darkness, truth, and the fragile bonds that hold us together.
Please note the schools matinees on the 11th, 12th and 13th of March have been adapted to be suitable for all ages and are open to general public. Schools showings will include an optional 30 minute Q & A after the show.
