Jo is a Sound Bath Facilitator and SoulNar Sound & Energy Healing Practitioner, running sessions in SA's first and only Himalayan Salt Cave at Breathe Stretch Float over the last 12 months. She has created and facilitated many unique experiences for clients through her sound baths in people's homes, at private and corporate events, schools, wineries, retreats (both local and overseas), various wellness markets, festivals, psychic fairs, at the Wayville Showgrounds and so much more! Jo has also worked with children who have been diagnosed with ADHD and Autism, providing sound healing sessions in their home. Parents have witnessed the difference over time in their childs' ability to emotionally self-regulate, the decrease in their anxiety levels and the increase in better sleep.
