I am an emerging, regional artist living and working in Kingston, South Australia. I work primarily in oils, acrylics, and mixed media, often incorporating discarded and repurposed materials. My work explores themes of land, fragility, displacement and resilience.
My practice is shaped by where I live, family history and childhood memories. I explore themes such as invasive species, human impact on native ecosystems and the tensions between memory, identity and place, as fragments shaped by time, history, and emotion.
I aim to spark reflection and quiet conversation, inviting viewers to consider their own relationship to memory and place and the ongoing shaping of a more conscious and connected world, as no one has the same memories.
