This show belongs to the Adelaide Fringe 2025 season. This season is now over.

Three white women lie on top of one another. Jemma, at the bottom, wears blue and has dark brown hair. Mim, centre, wears lilac and has dark blonde hair. Rosie, top, wears pink and has platinum blonde hair.
Three women dance on stage together, in a line where they are each bent over and posing against the back of the person in front. They wear colourful costumes in the bisexual flag palette - pink, blue and purple. There is a large projector screen behind them, and projected over the and onto the screen are the words 'Bisexual Intellectuals' in bubble writing.
Three white women pose on stage together. Rosie, left, is wearing a hot pink jumpsuit and is dancing with her arms out to the sides. Jemma, centre, is wearing blue and singing emphatically into her microphone. Mim, right, wears lilac and poses seductively.

Bisexual Intellectuals

Cabaret • Comedy
Australia

Join Bisexual Icons Millicent Sarre, Jemma Allen, and Rosie Russell for a big, bold evening of cathartic comedy chaos. With tight three-part-harmonies, explosive choreography, sketch comedy, and the transformative power of tap dance, 'Bisexual Intellectuals' is a celebration of queer joy, dismantling bi-phobia with levity and heart. Coming off the back of a Sold-Out and Award-Winning season at Adelaide Fringe 2024, and the award for 'Outstanding Newcomer' of Melbourne Fringe 2024, the Bisexual Intellectuals are as vibrant and chaotic as ever. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, and you might even go home and buy a pair of tap shoes.

Presented by: Millicent Sarre, Jemma Allen & Rosie Russell

Jemma Allen, Millicent Sarre & Rosie Russell are cabaret artists, music theatre performers, songwriters, and certified Silly Gals. With a shared passion for making boundary-pushing theatre, using comedy as a disarming form of activism, and making each other laugh to the point of hyperventilation, they joined forces as a comedy-cabaret group in 2023. Their debut season as a trio, 'Bisexual Intellectuals' at Adelaide Fringe 2024, played to sold-out houses, an extended season, and the Melbourne Fringe Touring Award, where their subsequent Melbourne Fringe season saw them win 'Outstanding Newcomer' of 2024.
