Previous acts include Boy with Tape, Sammy J, Randy, Dave Callan, Red Bastard, and Mickey D. Motley & Mac is an Australian performing arts company created by veteran Fringe performers Tim Motley and Patrick McCullagh. Patrick comes from Ireland, and keeps his Irish brogue because it is charming. Tim comes from America and keeps his accent because he is stubborn.
With over 40 years professional experience between them. Motley is best known for his “Dirk Darrow”, a parody film-noir psychic private detective, including, 2 Ruby Knockers, 1 Jaded Dick (★★★★★ “Tour de force performance” - Australian Stage). McCullagh has brought several successful shows to the Adelaide e.g. The Swindler (“Good solid entertainment” -The Advertiser).
Together they have created, produced, and hosted Prohibition, Best of Fringe Variety, and Best of Kids’ Fringe over the past 7 years.
