And No, I Did Not Grow Up Doing Yoga

Comedy
Victoria
As they say every life is unique, this stand-up show is a slice of my wonderful unique life. This show is about things you experience as you live, from acceptance of your race, to being married and then having children. Due to some unprecedented reasons some COVID jokes have paved their path into the show, which under normal circumstances would've never happened. This show is also an experience of writing comedy while being on a spiritual path, where gossiping is a big no, and definitely no focussing on others' negatives, can't even use the freaking f*** word.
The one thing that you'll definitely take from this show is, 'never say never'.
The show is intended to make you laugh a lot, with some relatable and not so relatable material, because I am a person of colour, and it is brown.

An extremely judgemental girl of the past exploring shades of grey already has ticked some boxes from her never to do list: Never wanted to be a parent now raising a child, it was No accident. Never wanted to do yoga is now a certified yoga teacher.
A month stint in Berlin where she had to constantly explain that she is originally from Delhi but now lives in Melbourne gave Aarti her new identity: Del-bournian.

A perfect blend of witty and attitude!!! – Soness Stevens
