AdeLOL is a comedy podcast which explores stories from South Australia's unique, and often hilarious, history. Dan is a born and bred South Australian, and every episode he tells stories to his mate Tom, who moved to SA from the United Kingdom back in 2003 (and brings a touch of the outsider's perspective). Every episode features a different local beer and a different local story.
In 2018 the SA History Trust awarded Dan and Tom the Emerging Historian of the Year award for their services to exploring local history through the use of digital media and podcasting. AdeLOL also runs live comedy shows at the Adelaide Fringe Festival, and annual SA History Festival.
