The Dancing Association of South Australia was formed in 1957 and is South Australia's
main dancing association/society. DASA has been running successful major dance
competitions for many years here in Adelaide which draw crowds from interstate and
overseas. DASA is a registered association and abides by its constitution set out in legal terms.
DASA recognises Dancesport as its' governing body and all DASA competitions are thus run
under the rules and regulations of Dancesport Australia.
