Top couples from all over Australia will be competing in all age categories, from junior to professional, vying for over $10,000 in cash and prizes. Held at The Croatian Club, Adelaide's premier ballroom dance venue, this is one of the favourite competitions on the Australian ballroom dance calendar, for both dancers and audiences alike. Throughout the event there will be opportunities for spectators to enjoy some general public dancing and snacks and drinks will be available for purchase in the foyer. The Dancing Association of South Australia was formed in 1957 and is South Australia's main dancing association/society. DASA has been running successful major dance competitions for many years here in Adelaide which draw crowds from interstate and overseas.
