A Convict Named Phoebe
Immerse yourself to interreact with 'A Convict Named Phoebe'. 15 year old Phoebe Flaraty will share events from being accused for a crime which lead to her unpleasant arrival to the New South Wales Penal Colony. Her story has a strong connection towards the struggles and adventures that convict women formed Australia’s modern identity. This topic of strength and will power of this particular character will be presented through projections, shadow work and a mixture of surrealism and active responsiveness of the natural and social roles and positions of historical and current situations.
