Cath Styles, congratulations on delivering an absolutely hilarious show that had the entire audience in stitches from start to finish!

Whether you’re a psychiatric nurse, work somewhere in the health industry, or have no connection to it at all, this show truly has something for everyone to relate to and laugh about. I especially loved how you balanced humour with meaningful insights, particularly when speaking about the importance of mental health and your ongoing dilemma between staying in nursing or pursuing comedy full-time.

This show is where both of your worlds collide, exploring your on-again, off-again (and mostly dysfunctional!) relationship with your paying job. I still can’t believe you’ve never had a weekend off!

Your stage presence was fantastic, and your delivery felt effortless, natural, and incredibly easy to follow. One of my absolute favorite moments was the story about the mental health patient who carefully lined BBQ sausages on a pot plant while insisting he wasn’t going crazy—it was both hilarious and oddly thought-provoking.

Through your performance, the audience is taken on a journey into your life—your experiences in nursing as well as glimpses into your personal world. I really appreciated how you highlighted both the highs and lows of nursing, shedding light on its challenges in a way that was not only eye-opening but genuinely funny.

And I have to mention—learning about the “Q word” superstition among nurses was a fun surprise! The fact that it feels almost sinful to say it on stage just makes it even better. For anyone curious, you’ll have to see the show to find out!

Also, hearing that you’re the “Milo lady” who makes amazing Milo drinks definitely had the audience feeling a bit hungry.

The entire room was filled with smiles, laughter, and a relaxed, joyful energy. Even as people were leaving, you could still see the happiness on their faces.

Cath, this was an outstanding performance. A well-deserved 5-star review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
