As soon as Dancing Queen The ABBA Tribute Show hit the stage, it was clear we were in for a potent adrenaline-fuelled ride through the essence of Sweden’s best hits. This group delivered exactly what you’d expect from a show built on ABBA’s most iconic songs; all energy with a crowd ready to sing every word. However, it didn’t stop there. Adelaide’s Royal Coach Hotel provided a delicious two-course meal satisfying the most discerning with service from a team well practised in professional and perceptive customer insight. Nothing was too much for them.

The musicians and energetic vocalists tore through classic favourites. From the infectious melodies with often melancholic lyrics to the Europop-disco anthem that is Dancing Queen. Between the music, the interactive moments, and the pure ABBA nostalgia, it felt less like a show and more like being dropped straight into the Royal Coach’s own ultimate disco celebration. By the end of the night the entire room was basically one giant dance floor as audiences were transported back to the upbeat hits and layered sound techniques ABBA delivered through the 1970’s. The crowd reaction was immersive, intuitively singing and spontaneously dancing like we were 50 years younger!!

This wasn’t your typical sit-back-and-watch kind of show, it was a full-blown ABBA party. From the moment it started, the room turned into a glittery, high-energy singalong where everyone was part of the action. Think big vocals, fantastic outfits, nonstop smiles, and a crowd that definitely did not hold back on the dancing.

If you love ABBA, love a good party, or just want a night where you can sing at the top of your lungs without judgment… this is it.
