As a neurodivergent family, what a fun, energetic and truly welcoming show this was! Sometimes our world can feel big, overwhelming, unbalanced and just "a little too much". 'Tune In, the frequency within' is a high-energy, physical performance exploring big emotions and self regulation through music and dance. Our kids absolutely loved it! Albeit quirky (in true Fringe style) the kids laughed, danced and connected to the show, acknowledging their own anxiety and feelings portrayed by the characters. The music is on point and such a fun vibe from a young cast!   This is a great Adelaide Fringe option for kids, particularly 7-15yos who want to better understand their emotions. A great reminder of the power of music and dance!
