JunkLandia was an absolute hit with our family at this year’s Adelaide Fringe! Both kids were completely captivated from start to finish — wide eyes, big smiles, and totally absorbed the whole time.

What really impressed us as parents was how cleverly the show weaves themes of recycling and sustainability into the entertainment. It never feels preachy; the message about giving new life to old things comes through naturally and playfully. Our kids walked out genuinely excited to talk about recycling and what they could create themselves — and have been drumming on everything ever since!

The creativity on display is infectious. From the imaginative use of everyday objects to the high-energy performances, the whole show sparks that wonderful sense of curiosity and possibility that stays with kids long after the curtain comes down.

We loved it so much we’re already making plans to see their other show, the Box Show — and we can’t wait! Highly recommend this for families looking for something fun, clever, and inspiring at the Fringe. 🎭✨
