‘To lift the box and see inside…’ This tune will ring in your mind during this interactive and entertaining kids' show about Meg the doll and her quest to find her missing glove.
It's a delightful performance, especially for younger Fringe fans (think toddlers and pre-schoolers), which captures their attention throughout. Auslan sign language is expertly woven in, adding a layer of intricacy to a show already packed with content and learning for little ones. Think numbers, colours, sea creatures, popular kids’ tunes and the tale of The Ugly Duckling as Meg is joined by Penny the toy soldier on her hunt.
Kids are invited to sit up front on comfy rugs, encouraged to not just watch but to join in the fun. There’s also plenty of interactive fun, including bubbles and a giggle-filled group activity using a rainbow parachute with a bouncing fish named Trent, and all responses are managed with skill and warmth by the performers. This show is a perfect way to share some joy with your kid.
