Wonderfully Terrible Things is the show that will convince you to let your freak flag fly. Curated by the Mistress of Debauchery Christine Ibrahim, it’s a mix of original music, creative arts, sideshow and an X factor that’s hard to explain. The performers were spectacular. The confidence and electricity resonating from the stage was obscene (in the very best way possible). The performers were all clearly masters in their fields, the extreme confidence bought an energy and characterisation to their respective performances that can only be achieved through many many hours of practice and genuine passion for the arts. I spent the whole hour screaming the tent down and I was far from the only one! Wonderfully Terrible Things has a clear point of view centred around empowerment and self acceptance. Ibrahim is a strong independent producer with something to say and she says it through intelligent commentary, amazingly creative lyrics and expertly curated acts that demonstrate the range of artistic expression. I love seeing a show with a uniquely identifiable voice! Ibrahim has so much amazing to share and such a great way of sharing her perspective. It’s always a pleasure to see an Ibrahim show. Wonderfully Terrible Things is the kinky cabaret that everyone needs to see. It’s Raunchy, It’s Intelligent, It’s Daring! You need to see this. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You can catch Wonderfully Terrible Things at Gluttony 28 Feb, 1, 3-8 Mar at 9:15PM
