Drunk & Delicious is everything you want from a Fringe comedy show: breezy, quick-witted, and gloriously spontaneous. Yorkshire’s Cal Dibbert walks onstage, drink in hand, immediately setting a laidback tone that makes the whole room feel like a group of mates sharing a mischievous secret. His comedy is built on razor-sharp improv meaning he doesn’t just interact with the audience, he recruits them into the show, spinning every heckle or offhand remark into comic gold.
No two nights would ever the same, because Dibbert lets the crowd’s energy steer the show. His unscripted riffs and lightning-fast comebacks are as fresh as they are funny, proving he’s more interested in playful banter than sticking to a script or relying on flashy tricks. With his easy charm and chilled out delivery, he makes everyone feel in on the joke, never targeting or mocking, just inviting the whole room into his clever, inclusive mischief.
Adelaide’s quirks get a friendly roasting too, but it’s all done with a wink. At just $12.50 a ticket, Drunk & Delicious is an absolute steal for an hour of unfiltered, laugh-out-loud entertainment that welcomes you to let loose. Whether you are daring enough to throw Dibbert a line or just want to sit back and laugh, this is a night of comedy that feels alive, unpredictable, and brilliantly budget-friendly.
