The Flying Bubble Show is a captivating spectacle that truly lives up to its reputation as a “magical,” “mesmerising,” and “visual feast.” From the moment the bubbles begin to float across the stage, the audience is swept into a world of wonder. The show’s progression from small bubbles to giant, smoke filled, rainbow hued creations, delivers a dazzling array of light scapes that delight both children and adults. The artistry of Maxwell, the bubble artist, is central to the experience. Maxwell not only looks the part but also engages the audience with warmth and charm, although at times, sound issues from the side suggest a microphone could enhance the experience.

The heartwarming reactions from children, audible gasps and laughter, evoke nostalgia for parents and remind us of the pure joy of childhood. While the 60 minute runtime may stretch the attention span of the youngest audience members, the show’s energy and variety keep most enthralled. Supporting performers, including Maxx and Maggie, add to the magic, seamlessly orchestrating stage effects and surprises.

A highlight is the opportunity for children (and young at heart) to take photos with Maxwell amid a shower of bubbles.  The show promises a sense of childlike joy for all. Just a heads-up: sitting in the front rows might mean getting wet—but that’s all part of the excitement!
