If your kids love fast-paced fun, silly surprises and plenty of chances to be part of the action, Wacky Wizardry Goes Wrong delivers from start to finish. The tempo of this show is absolutely relentless, with barely a pause between tricks, jokes and unexpected moments, so there’s no time for kids to lose interest.
Josh Staley keeps the energy high with fantastic audience participation and the kids absolutely love it. At one point, around ten eager helpers were up on stage, fully involved in the chaos and loving every second. The magic is perfectly kid-friendly, packed with laughs, visual tricks and plenty of playful moments that land well with younger audiences.
One of the best things about this show is that no two performances feel the same. With so much audience involvement and improvisation, each show takes on its own personality, making it a fun pick even for returning Fringe families.
This is a great Adelaide Fringe option for kids of all ages, but it is especially well suited to primary school-aged children who will appreciate both the humour and the interactive magic.
