Too emotional for me

A show with a bit of everything, including lots of laughs and heart. And it was simply fascinating not being in Kansas anymore, surrounded by people who love Excel. As David might say, Germans. 😆

I'm a bit speechless, save to say that this show was all the things!

Life & Death with laughs included ... great stories with the most important message ... Don't Die Wondering

Jokes about bullying someone to suicide, coward punching someone and getting off on manslaughter and grandma being groomed by her married teacher until she gave in to his advances. This was incredibly tone deaf. I thought a young woman would have better material than this. Never make light of topics like this. Be progressive.

24 hours later and I’m still thinking about this—really hit home as someone who works in arts. Do we fight for our passion or do we create work that’s more “marketable”? a haunting question that lives in my head day in day out. When Hannah walked out, the audience was left to sit and wonder if they would return to “end” the show, someone nearby me said “do we clap?” and I think that really sums it up. A truly powerful work that will stay with me.

A fantastic insight into those extreme life and death moments. Told with great humour and an eye for how to get us on board a flight into the unknown. Rob rolls with the punches in the story and runs with the audience participation beautifully

Rob builds tension and his ability to relieve that tension during a truly terrifying moment is outstanding. Don’t miss a story about a near miss.

I have seen this evolves into a wonderful performance. The flow and energy are consistent throughout the show and the singing is a fantastic addition to it. I look forward to see more of this production in the future.

Casey is skilled and takes you through a wondrous journey. His ability to make you feel joy, laughter and sadness within each passing minute is brilliant!

Very relatable, comedic storytelling that had the audience engaged throughout, anyone with adhd will appreciate the raw delivery, everyone else will leave with a greater awareness and perhaps a little more empathy. Well done

Geez there's a lot to unpack here... While the jokes aren't full-throttle, when they land; they LAND! Certainly not for the faint-hearted, easily offended or swear-averse. The ability to let the indignity of her past glide through this show without a breath of regret is a solid nod to the way that mental illness sometimes makes us make bad choices. It's about the destination, not the journey...
