I think we were honoured here in Adelaide to have this world premiere, which is now going around the world including Edinburgh. Paul Shearman expects to be back with it next year and his reputation will then precede him. If you are the least inclined to see an intelligent show which puts King Lear in the context of an aging actor's fight to stay with the plot, this is the show for you.

A surprisingly deep (pardon the pun) exploration of obsession, family, self-knowledge and the impact we all make on the world. It hit very close to the heart for me and might do the same for you, but it’ll be a wonderful time all the same.

This show made me laugh till my tummy hurt! But it also made me feel empowered, seen and cared for. Camp leader Buddy felt real and authentic and like he was having the best time!

Good monologue play. Could not see a thing! Terrible venue! Ridiculous pricing for people to not be able to see anything at the back. The stage needs to be raised. Could only see the actors head and shoulders sometimes. Otherwise absolutely nothing!

Watch this before The Sensemaker. Must see to understand the trauma that can come from putting yourself out there.
