This cast is incredible! They are incredibly quick on their feet and you could easily forget that everything is improvised AND sounds amazing because they all make it look so effortless!

Shadows of Herself is about womanhood and identity and never being enough - but it’s also about the importance of being seen and valued. Anna uses the space brilliantly to tell 4 interwoven stories. She is funny, and wry, and I couldn’t take my eyes off her. But more than that - she tells her stories with love. She sees the women she’s telling us about, and she loves them, and so we see them and love them too. I felt breathless at the end of this - it is an absolutely stunning piece of work.
