Rich, authentic and incredibly beautiful. Bobbies' electric vulnerability presented through mixed media visual, vocal and musical storytelling was an incredible way to share her experience, and to go with her on this emotional journey. This shows levity and depth were perfectly balanced, and her artistic development is clear through her use of movement pieces, production, and that iconic Viney fun and evocative musical and spoken word storytelling.

Clever, thoughtful and discombobulating

If there's one thing I have great admiration for in a one-person play, it's when that person shows authentic originality. Bobbie was able to swing an emotional pendulum with greatly expressive tales that I feel could've been told in an variety of orders (kind of like Brian Wilson's SMiLE album) with all its captivating hooks and a nice use of audience interaction. Good job Bobbie. You get a thumbs-up from me and I hope you keep on performing all the way to your fullest potential.

Bobbie Viney is warm, funny, and disarmingly easy to trust, which gives this tender grief piece real intimacy. The opening audience interaction is a lovely hook, and its Berlin echoes linger. But the show can drift, with slow patches and connective devices that never quite cohere.

I'll admit, it made me tear up. Don't sleep on this one (intended), it's not one to miss if you appreciate talented people nailing their craft.
