Very unorganised. Great idea, great promise but poorly executed. No direction when we arrived as to where to get our welcome drink. Food came out at weird times. Entertainment was fun but not well distributed. The event was wayyy over-booked - they can barely move between the tables, so I don’t blame them for not reaching us! Overall, wouldn’t recommend.

Really enjoyed the experience

Don't bother in 2027. Overall, the evening was underwhelming and not value for money. We sat in direct sun with no shade, the welcome drink was warm and unpleasant, and the food, though creative, lacked flavour. The major issue was sound—Section 3 could barely hear, and we were told it couldn’t be adjusted. Service was poor, with no serving utensils and delayed plates. The experience fell well below expectations.

After attending last year and thoroughly enjoying it - this year was more than disappointing. Components of meal never received or severely delayed. Very disorganised, no communication, entertainment ordinary and couldn’t hear most of it. For an event that was meant to finish at 9:30 we didn’t even get mains - if you can call it that - until 9:45. Dessert arrived after 10:30 at which point some of our party and many others had already left. A lot of unhappy attendees.

Terribly organised. Prawns and some meat were undercooked and inedible. Meat was extremely oily. Food came out late at every stage. Was supposed to run for 3 hours but we had to wait till 1030pm to be served dessert. Our table didn't even get a dessert platter despite raising the issue with staff and ended up receiving another tables dessert leftovers by kind patrons. We left at 10:45pm! Entertainment was boring and tasteless. Very disappointed and will not attend another garden feast.

Mind blowingly bad. Food was late or absent, as in it was never served and the main was delivered at 9.45pm, when the event was advertised to end at 9.30pm. Unsure if dessert ever arrived as we left at 10pm. Entertainment was present but not all tables served equally. An attempt was made to discuss issues with event organiser as no public announcement or apology was provided to explain delayed food, lack of entertainment or missing food.
