A beautiful, heartwarming and moving true story, tracing the performer’s personal experience with grief. This one woman play shares familiar and new insights about losing a loved one, told through a ‘mosaic’ of non-linear vignettes on an empty stage. Performed with notable clarity and considered delivery, and soundtracked with a near-constant stirring score, this one will have you in your feels, whether you’ve walked the path of parental grief before or not.

It's a beautiful show. If you have lost your loved one to terminal illness then you must watch.

Great show. This artist is an incredible storyteller. It’s magical how engaged the audience is with just a chair and a person standing on the stage! If you’re thinking about it, do it!

I think I started crying about two minutes in and I didn't stop. This was such a beautifully crafted script, I can see it being used and performed by generations to come. But to see it performed by the creators and experiencers of this story was a masterful, brave, raw piece of art that I will never forget. One of my new favourite Fringe memories of all time. Thank you for the gift you have given to the world with what you have created. x
