DOOM BOX: A CABARET BY FRANKLY
22 February 2024 - Andrew G.This comedy cabaret is a sharp turn for Frankly, who previously wrote mostly serious material. Well, it feels like she has made the change effortlessly because this is one of the funniest shows I've seen in years. Sometimes silly, sometimes cynical, sometimes crude, sometimes outlandish, often surprising, but always fun, exciting, and with humanity buried among the filthiness, we found nothing but joy inside this Doom Box. -

DOOM BOX: A CABARET BY FRANKLY
20 February 2024 - Catherine C.Frankly is brilliant. An absolute master of cabaret, storytelling, songwriting, biting comedy. The riotous, bold truth wrapped up in deliciously poetic lyrics, many musical styles and buckets of laughs. Frankly has the ability to sneer at you while making you feel completely welcome. She’s the love child of Liza Minelli and (insert evil pixie character here) and one of Radelaide’s best exports & this is some of the best cabaret songwriting satire ever!
