Rob Newman in Don't Die Wondering
20 March 2026 - Wojtek S.We are experts at creating bucket lists and novices at fulfilling them. Part storytelling and part comedy, this is a wake up call to stop collecting ideas and start living them. Your life can change in an instant, stop procrastinating and start doing! -
Lewis Garnham: taking my time this time
20 March 2026 - Beth M.Lewis has an "11 out of ten" show, according to a couple of my friends who I was talking to after his show last night (Thursday). Adelaide is his home town, and his comedy has taken him interstate and more recently, also to the UK. I agree with my friends' assessment. Lewis should fill Neat Freak Bar at Howling Owl for the rest of Fringe. -
Phil De Bondi - The Man Who Never Sleeps
20 March 2026 - Beth M.Phil is an up and coming comedian who is always enthusiastically received around the local scene in Adelaide. His show combines excellent storytelling with passion and humour, and he had the audience enthralled when I saw him on Wednesday. A show NOT to miss. I hope he sells out the last 3 shows left, as he deserves to. -
The Subplot: A hyperfixation on the Titan submersible
20 March 2026 - Julia C.Possibly my show of the Fringe. Funny, subtle, dense, intensely absorbing and a vulnerable performance with heart, soul and a lightness of touch. Never heard an audience concentrating so much, almost like breathing was synced! Great room for it as well. -
Maestro
20 March 2026 - Rob N.A truly fantastic night of theatre, Improv Maestro is a masterclass in quick wit, fearless creativity, and laugh-out-loud spontaneity. The performers deliver razor-sharp comedy on the fly, turning audience suggestions into pure gold with remarkable ease. Every moment feels fresh, unpredictable, and electric. Whether you’re a longtime improv fan or completely new to it, this show is an absolute joy—clever, chaotic, and completely unforgettable.
