With more than 500 venues spanning across South Australia and approximately 1,400 shows on offer throughout the festival, Adelaide Fringe is a celebration of creativity where anything is possible. Whether you’re a seasoned performer or a first-time participant, the festival provides a platform for every kind of artistic expression. From theatre productions to live music, comedy, visual arts, and experimental projects, all are welcome to take the stage.

Director and CEO of Adelaide Fringe Heather Croall AM said, “Adelaide Fringe is a festival like no other. It’s a place where artists can push boundaries, take risks, and share their unique voices with an audience that’s eager to experience something new. We’re excited to see what the 2025 season will bring and to welcome both returning and new artists to our Fringe family.”

By popular demand from participating artists, Adelaide Fringe is introducing a new genre in 2025: Variety. It'll be the home of drag, burlesque and shows with rotating line-ups.
The Adelaide Fringe team is dedicated to supporting artists throughout their Fringe journey, offering assistance across marketing, ticketing services, professional development and more to ensure each show is set up for success. Adelaide Fringe is committed to helping artists make the most of their experience, with their famed Honey Pot arts industry marketplace connecting artists with curators, programmers and buyers from around the globe.

To have your show included in the iconic printed Fringe Guide, be sure to complete your registration by 30 October 2024. While late registrations will still be accepted and listed online, inclusion in the printed guide offers significant exposure to the festival’s vast audience.

Financial support is also available through the Fringe Fund, with grant applications closing on 10 September 2024. This fund is designed to assist artists who may need extra resources to bring their vision to life at Adelaide Fringe.

Adelaide Fringe is your chance to be part of the biggest arts festival in the Southern Hemisphere, an event that transforms South Australia into a hub of creativity, arts and culture. Whether you’re local or travelling from afar, we encourage you to register your show and be part of this extraordinary event.
