Each year, Honey Pot transforms Adelaide into a meeting ground for global collaboration, connecting artists with programmers, venues, festivals and producers from around the world.

In 2025, more than 550 touring deals were struck through Honey Pot, generating over six million dollars in bookings. Programmers and buyers travelled from 37 countries including Mexico, India, Chile, Canada, Belgium, Ireland, China, Japan, France, Iceland, Malaysia and Korea. South Australian companies alone secured $1.8 million worth of deals, with artists from across Australia and internationally sharing in opportunities that extended far beyond the Fringe season.

Adelaide Fringe Director and CEO Heather Croall said, “Honey Pot is where global decision-makers come to find their next season of programming. It’s an extraordinary platform that gives artists the chance to be seen by people who can change the trajectory of their careers. If you’re looking to tour, collaborate, or connect, there is no better place to be than in Adelaide during Fringe.”

Supported by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet through Create SA, Honey Pot provides a unique launchpad for South Australian talent while also championing national and international artists in front of an ever-expanding global audience of buyers.

The Adelaide Fringe Honey Pot program is a free initiative for both attending delegates and Adelaide Fringe  artists to register and participate in.

Adelaide Fringe is inviting programmers, presenters, producers and festival directors from across Australia and around the world to take part in Honey Pot 2026 and experience the unparalleled opportunities it creates.

Interested parties can register for Honey Pot 2026 where they will have the chance to be part of the most connected and influential platform of its kind in Australia. Places are limited, and demand is high—those wanting to take advantage of this extraordinary opportunity are encouraged to register early.
