Smiling Through the Human

A wonderfully chaotic and zany original cabaret about neurodivergence and what it means to be human.

A CABARET ABOUT LIFE AS A NEURODIVERGENT AND MENTALLY ILL YOUNG PERSON, WHICH IS BEAUTIFULLY WRITTEN WITH STIRRING MUSIC AND BOTH FUNNY AND MOVING LYRICS. GRACE IS A (SELF-PROCLAIMED) AWKWARD BUT ALSO AMAZING PERFORMER, WITH A STUNNING VOICE AND QUIRKY PHYSICALITY. I PARTICULARLY LOVED THE VERY INTENSE BUT ACCURATE DEPICTION OF ANXIETY/ PANIC ATTACK WHEN TRYING TO ANSWER A PHONE.

So much went into their performance, truly deserving of the standing ovation received tonight - So beautifully done!
