KOWAW|Eagle–Two dancers suspended in a moment of stillness capture in black and white symbolising the great eagle Roc

KOWAW|Eagle

KOWAW meaning eagle in the Saisiyat language is an intimate contemporary dance duet exploring migration becoming and the search for belonging. Rooted in lived Indigenous memory and dreamlike visions of the Great Roc two bodies move through limitation toward freedom grounding and renewal.
